Job Description
- Req#: R-10053114
- Support NXP's wafer and package fabrication process teams by means of contamination analyses and characterization of chemicals and/or materials.
- Solve process and/or material problems related to contamination and/or composition.
- Perform the necessary analyses to support these requests individually and/or with your team using techniques such as ICP-MS (also in combination with VPD and/or Laser Ablation), Ion Chromatography (and IC-MS), GF-AAS, GC-MS, titration, FT-IR, etc.
- Follow standardized procedures to release processes and/or wafer fab production tools and reports the results, conclusions and advices in a clear and concise manner.
- Improve and/or implement new methods and procedures for the used techniques using on-the-job development and project work as a team member and/or project leader.
- Continuously drive development of analysis capabilities (tool, procedures and techniques), process knowledge, and problem solving skills.
- Flexible in scheduled (and sometimes unscheduled) working hours to meet business needs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical / material analysis or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in chemical / material analysis related fields
- Excellent communication skills, flexible and assertive.
- English professional working proficiency, both orally and in writing.
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Pro-active working-attitude, team player.
