Job Description

- Assist the customer with the annual capital assets inventory.
- Assist with the Tool Control Program, to ensure positive control for all tools and the tools containers comply with the customer’s policy.
- Create tailored inventory reports as requested by both internal/external customers.
- Control and issue replacement tools only in accordance with the customer’s policy
- Coordinate with Subcontractor to establish warehouse and storeroom locations for all material.
- Maintain 100% accuracy of the total asset visibility within the customer’s database and maintenance management system.
- Monitor and screen field maintenance work orders for accuracy and consistency.
- Perform periodic inventories at the home site and deployed sites of all material, to include capital assets and consumable stock.
- Review shipping documents prepared by the FSRs for accuracy prior to submission for customer’s approval.
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience with Logistics, Inventory Control and/or Warehouse Operations.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Familiarity with Depot operations, including induction and reissuance after repairs are complete.
- Experience evaluating work order details in various databases
- Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Maintenance Management databases.
- Strong collaborative coordination with the team and organizational abilities
- Familiar with laws, import/export regulations, and requirements as they apply to logistics.
- Experience working in a compliance driven environment, following policies and procedures.

Job Summary:Raytheon is looking to staff a Material Coordinator Logistics Specialist position at our Plano, TX location. This is an onsite position requiring an Active Top-Secret Clearance.
As the Material Coordinator Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with the supply chain department, spares warehouse and the team of Field Service Representatives (FSR) of the (Radar Sensor Systems) RSS and other program sites located at Jacksonville, FL, Dallas, TX, or Whidbey Island, WA to ensure logistics arrangements are seamless to support the customer’s operations.
