The Material Handler 1 (MH 1) provides material handling support to Distribution Center operations through safe and accurate processing of all materials. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Providing material handling support by: Separating shoes per agency requirements. Separate and palletize Covered Electronics Waste (CEW). Conveyance of material to and from storage or work site to designated location. Load/unload material. Sorting of donated goods. Accurately complete, log and transmit all assigned work, including productivity logs, as directed. Operation of assigned material handling equipment. Performs equipment inspection as required by OSHA prior to using equipment, ensuring equipment is safe to operate, and deficiencies are communicated to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
