Job Description

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
- Move materials to appropriate storage areas or production lines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Prepare materials for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate material needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

WeatherBarr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith, AR is looking to hire a full-time Material Handler.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler is responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials and products within a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or distribution center. This role plays a key part in ensuring production and shipping schedules are met.

Monday - Friday. 6:00am-2:30pm. Overtime as needed.
