Baker Hughes has an opening for a Material Handler position for 2nd shift to support Completions and Well Intervention at our facility in Houston, TX. Partner with the best

As a Material Handler, you will be Responsible for:

• Operate forklift to move material to a machine or from a machine or to a storage area.

• Locate material(s)/Work orders correctly in the system.

• May perform additional production duties as assigned.

• Work with supervisors to work on daily dispatch.

• Dump hoppers as needed.

• Manages general daily maintenance for their forklifts.

• Performs thorough housekeeping of the assigned area to ensure safety.

To be successful in this role you will:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

• 1 year of experience using forklift

• Effective communication skills.

• Basic Computer skills

• Able to work in a team environment.

• Ability to work with no supervision.

• Must be strong HSE champion.

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Work schedule: Second Shift, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Flexibility to work overtime during the week and weekends.

Desired Characteristics:

• Forklift License preferred.
