- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Material handling, picking, and packing experience.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- 1+ year of work experience with no more than 2-3 jobs in the last year, provided there is a good explanation.
- Ability to use RF Scanner and basic computer or smartphone skills.
- Physical ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience is a plus.

Job Description
This position involves working in a warehouse environment where all the parts for vehicles are housed. The role requires picking and packaging parts for shipment, primarily utilizing cherry pickers. The candidate will use RF scanners, conduct inventory counts, and prepare documents for shipment.

Work Environment
The warehouse is very clean and well-lit, housing all the parts for vehicles. The facility features high racking and requires the use of cherry pickers, making comfort with heights essential. Shifts include 1st Shift from 6am to 2:30pm and 2nd Shift from 2pm to 10:30pm. Flexibility in working hours is available, with options to work an hour before or after shifts, and mandatory overtime may be required if volunteers are insufficient.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
