      Material Handler –| $22–$26/hr

      Albertville, MN | 1st or 2nd Shift | 4-Day Workweek

      Contract-to-Hire | Overtime Available | Climate-Controlled Facility

      Join a fast-growing modular construction team in a brand-new, 180,000 sq ft facility! We’re hiring a reliable and motivated Material Handler to support inventory, logistics, and production operations. If you’re experienced with forklifts, inventory systems, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation and teamwork.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Load/unload materials and move them to workstations

      • Maintain clean, organized job areas

      • Operate hand tools and forklifts safely

      • Pull inventory for assembly and manage stock levels

      • Perform cycle counts and use ERP systems

      • Support production teams and follow safety protocols

      What You Bring:

      • 3+ years in warehouse, construction, or forklift roles

      • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

      • Experience with inventory management and cycle counting

      • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

      • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 10-hour shifts

      • Positive, team-oriented attitude

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
