      About Us:
      On-Board Services, Incorporated, is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full time positions to our employees. We offer benefits as well as 401k .

      Position Details:
      Position Type: Full-time
      Shifts: 2nd, & 3rd Shifts
      Job Location: Hemlock, MI

      Benefits: 401k, Health, Vision, Dental
      Compensation: $ 16.00/Hour

      The Role and Responsibilities
      Responsible to maintain the efficient and accurate flow of material from the receiving area to the production floor. This may require working on many different tasks during a working shift.
      Other duties may include:
      • Delivering material to the production floor
      • General upkeep of production and warehouse areas

      • Package product into bags and boxes
      • Apply product labels to bags and boxes
      • Be able/willing to drive a fork truck
      • Assist material control department with receiving material
      • Identify and verify quantities of all incoming material

      Requirements and Qualifications:
      • Must have attention to detail
      • Previous forklift experience is preferred
      • Awareness of safety and demonstrating safe work habits
      • Maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism
      • Provide quality service to internal customers using clear communication skills
      • Basic computer experience using word and excel a plus
      • Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
      • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
      • Punctual and reliable
      • Must be able to work 12hr shifts
      • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence required
      •Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
      • High school diploma/GED
      • 2+ years of experience
