Job Description
- Req#: R-01318107
- Efficiently manage and ensure GMP-compliant handling of the goods flow
- Enforce specific guidelines for warehouse management, including GMP rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and relevant SOPs and packaging instructions
- Receive goods and accurately book incoming materials in the ERP system (GPM)
- Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure accurate and appropriate storage of goods
- Pick orders to supply production
- Manage production returns after job completion in the ERP (GPM)
- Store materials post-inspection by Quality Control (QC)
- Assist in Commercial Packaging and record transactions in the ERP (SAP)
- Conduct required internal packaging material sampling
- Perform inventory audits
- Ensure active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and challenges to colleagues and supervisors
- Actively participate in finding, communicating, and resolving problems and inefficiencies, as well as finding opportunities for improvement
- Co-responsible for encouraging a culture of improvement within the department (PPI Business System)
- Accountable for timely project execution in accordance with agreements with project groups and supervisors
- Proven experience in warehouse management and ERP systems
- Strict adherence to GMP, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
