      Note: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

      SUMMARY: Assembles and routes jobs for the Production floor, loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, and fills production material needs by performing the following duties:

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Monitor the flow of make items from sheet metal to warehouse/production.
      • Audit counts to ensure proper quantities are being received into the warehouse.
      • Review discrepancies between MO counts and physical counts.
      • Request the closing of MO’s once complete and eventually use the computer to complete the MO closings.
      • Use of computer to issue completed parts to finished good MO’s.
      • Run shortage report at least twice daily and monitor shortages as raw material MO’s are completed.
      • Request the closing of partial MO’s when production needs material from the sheet metal shop prior to the MO completion.
      • Review how raw material is handled once completed and makes a determination of the best methods for keeping the material from being damaged.
      • Ensure that material is located properly when put away.
      • Police the movement of material from the sheet metal/sub assembly area to the rest of the facility.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      QUALIFICATIONS: Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must be familiarized with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures for the warehouse area and performs a variety of tasks. Eager to learn more

      about the ERP system and performs a variety of tasks. Works under little supervision; reports to the Warehouse Manager.

      CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must complete and pass a forklift safety program prior to performing tasks related to warehouse.

      EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

      • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
      • Three-year work experience in Warehouse
      • One year experience in material handling
      • Some experience with managing Manufacturer Orders
      • Moderate level of computer knowledge

      Hourly Pay: Starting at $21
