- Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.
- Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles.
- Assemble customer orders for shipment via UPS/LTL.
- Process paperwork for shipments, ensuring accuracy in merchandise, postage, BOL information, and customer shipping instructions.
- Gather and verify quantities and descriptions of assembled orders.
- Pack orders into containers and arrange them on shelves according to truck routes.
- Verify quantities and items against invoices.
- Substitute for other warehouse personnel when needed.
- Utilize a scanner for Warehouse Management System tasks, including order picking and material put away after receipt.
- Ability to stand on feet for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs multiple times per shift.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Stand-Up Reach Truck or cherry picker (cherry picker preferred), Forklift, RF scanner, loading, pallet jack, unloading, shipping and receiving, assembly, order picking, packaging, inventory, production, and warehouse packing.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime as needed.

Work Environment
Work in a small warehouse operation that is not temperature-controlled but equipped with large fans for cooling. The shift is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the Park 100 area of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
