  Shift: First Shift (Mon - Fri)
  Compensation: $20.50/HR

  Location: Rochester, NY - 1600 Lexington Avenue

  How Will You Make an Impact?:

  A Day in the Life:

  • Complete material handling tasks with outstanding accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure flawless inventory management.
  • Implement world-class standards in the storage and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
  • Determine material requirements and successfully implement supply chain solutions.
  • Apply proven methods to compete in a fast-paced environment.

  Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field. Licensed to operate stand-up truck experience preferred.

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently using good judgment.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability for overtime during the week and on weekends.

  Compensation and Benefits

  The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $14.41–$20.80.

  This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
