      The Material Handler - Shipping is responsible for facilitating the packaging and shipment of Service product.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Follow battery regulations
      • Load skids as boxes and totes are labeled and ready to ship.
      • Assist with tote verification as needed
      • Practice 5S and safety
      • Ability to interact well with staff members at all levels
      • Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
      • Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned including working alternate shifts and weekends as needed

      Physical Demands

      • Standing for long periods of time
      • Repetitive motion
      • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
      • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of parts and containers
      • Able to work in various temperature conditions

      Education and Experience Requirements:

      • High School or GED diploma required.
      • Experience in shipping and receiving preferred
      • Basic computer skills required
      • Excellent communication skills
      • High level of attention to detail
