Job Description

- Assist in developing and maintaining material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or excess.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track and resolve material discrepancies or delays.
- Support data entry and maintenance of planning systems and ERP tools.
- Generate reports on material status, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
- Perform other duties or assignments as requested by immediate supervisor.
- Ability to be independent and self-motivated.
- Participate in process improvement projects and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Uphold and comply with Insulet Code of Conduct, Quality and HSE policy.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality policies, and employee guidelines.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any other discipline.
- Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain preferred
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.

Position Overview:
The incumbent will be exposed to industrial development and the medical device environment. He/she will provide support to the supply chain area/field being assigned and complete tasks assigned by Planners/Managers/Coaches within or across divisions.
