      Overview

      The Materials Coordinator supports Endeavor Air Technical Operations by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient procurement and shipment of materials needed to rectify aircraft on the ground (AOG) situations.

      Responsibilities

      • Ensure delivery of materials to all maintenance bases and outstations for unscheduled maintenance.
      • Facilitate the transfer and shipping of AOG materials needed to rectify an AOG situation.
      • Procure materials as needed to rectify AOG situations.
      • Notify relevant parties of materials movement.
      • Coordinate with the parts/shipping department on parts transfers.
      • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
      • Coordinate with couriers to set up and monitor shipments.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • College degree or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar technical field.
      • Two years experience and knowledge in functional areas of purchasing, inventory control, and Supply Chain preferred.
      • Knowledge and user experience with software programs related to departmental systems and electronic media.
      • Familiarity with checking available inventory and creating purchase orders with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
      • Professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and able to work with all levels of an organization.
      • Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
      • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

      Work Environment & Physical Demands

      • Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.
      • Repetitive motion such as: typing.
      • Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
      • The AOG (Materials) Services Department operates 24/7/365, we conduct shift bids twice per year, shifts are awarded based on seniority, Materials Coordinators are expected to be able to work any shift.
      • Ability to work additional overtime hours as needed.
      • Fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

      FLSA Status

      Hourly

      Minimum Position Pay Range

      USD $21.40/Hr.

      Maximum Position Pay Range

      USD $28.10/Hr.
