      SUMMARY:

      The Materials Handler, under the supervision of the Director of Purchasing, will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, daily restocking of supplies in the warehouse, pull department supply orders from requisitions accurately and timely. Perform regularly scheduled cycle counts and participate in the annual physical inventory process. Drive to off-site locations for supply deliveries as needed. Will provide backup to other material handlers and assist lead material handler with receiving functions as needed.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      High school diploma or equivalent, valid state driver license, previous inventory management experience, and understanding of ERP system, operate warehouse equipment.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      One-year related work experience in a clinic/hospital stockroom or warehouse.

      PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:

      Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day, lift supplies weighing up to 75 pounds; work in conditions of multiple heights, narrow isles, indoor/outdoor tasks and temperature extremes, exposure to hazardous materials; motor coordination and manual dexterity; visual acuity.
