Job Description

- Manage on-site parts related activities, including receiving, returns and audits
- Assist with tool-related tasks such as tool moves, audits, and calibrations
- Support tool operations and logistics for other sites as needed
- Minimum of three (3) years materials handling/warehouse experience in a high-tech environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially in Excel
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and adhere to documented processes
- Build strong collaborative relationships
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary Range: $42,700-$70,800
**Posted salary range is entry level, actual compensation depends on experience
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Environment: Off-Site Warehouse (50% of the time)/Cleanroom Environment (50% of the time)

Position Overview:
Materials Handling Specialist (MHS) is responsible for ensuring compliance with documented processes and procedures relating to the flow of materials (spare parts and tools of trade) in and out of a specific customer site. This position will also contribute to the development and deployment of materials related systems, processes, policies, and programs. Direct involvement with the customer, Nikon Corporation (NC), NPI functional groups, and 3rd party (transportation / warehousing / crating) suppliers is required.
