- Req#: 2025-027400
- Ensures cycle counts are completed daily.
- Integrates department/facility operations and services with internal and external departments to ensure care, policies, processes and services meet the needs of our customers.
- Participates and provides feedback in supply utilization and new equipment/product evaluations; identify and recommend solutions for cost containment and waste reduction. Identify and recommend solutions for cost savings and waste reduction.
- Documents all variances with products received according to guidelines set in the departmental policies and procedures. Collaborates with Accounts Payable and Purchasing to resolve any outstanding receiving problems or discrepancies.
- Expedites and coordinates stock and non-stock shipments to ensure that user departments have needed supplies. Ensures all repairs and/or returns are accomplished in a timely manner.
- Picks and fills departmental and over the counter requisitions accurately. Verifies the unit of measure on all items prior to issue/after receipt.
- Introduces staff to new and changed items as to increase staff knowledge of product.
- High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
- 1 year Inventory/Supply Room (Required)
- Ability to use the MMIS system for data entry of all stock issues, transfers and receipts

Overview
The Coordinator provides direction and leadership for key Supply Chain activities and initiatives including receiving, warehouse, logistics and inventory management for the Riverside Health System. This position performs a wide range of duties necessary to coordinate purchasing, ordering of stock supplies and inventory management with support from the Supply Chain Management Department.
