Job Description
- Req#: 2927
- Scans and processes point-of-use supply orders. Receives and distributes point-of-use supply shipments.
- Fills weekly requisitions for supplies.
- Applies charge stickers to supplies as needed.
- Unloads trucks and distributes supplies, equipment, and documents daily.
- Receives and distributes overnight packages and ships packages daily as needed for facilities.
- Picks up mail at the post office and delivers it to the mail room.
- Distributes supplies, linens, and mail daily to the Cancer Treatment Center and returns trash, lab specimens, and x-rays as needed.
- Picks supplies from local merchants, regional distributors, and other medical facilities as needed.
- Distributes other supplies as needed from the stockroom to departments.
The Materials Management Specialist orders, receives, and distributes supplies throughout facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.Experience:
Supply or distribution experience preferred.Licensure/Certification:
Valid Kentucky Driver's License required.Physical/Work Requirements:
