      Job summary

      1. We are looking for a new team member to join our reception team on a part time basis as part of Materinity cover, to help us deliver high quality customer service to our patients, both face to face and via the telephone.

      Main duties of the job

      The vacancy is for 23 hours weekly to be worked across 3 days between the hours of 8:30am and 6pm. There will be a regular working pattern but some flexibility to cover holiday and sickness would be expected.       Crossfell Health Centre is a busy family surgery in Middlesbrough serving approx. 9000 patients. Our team currently comprises of 3 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GP, an experienced nursing team and over 25 skilled administrative staff providing support to both our patients and clinical team.

      • We are highly dedicated to quality improvement and patient satisfaction therefore the ideal candidate will have: Experience of working in GP Practice (essential) Excellent communication skills Be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast moving environment Have a friendly and understanding approach when dealing with staff and patients Have strong IT skills (SystmOne) and call handling experience Bring a positive can-do attitude to the table Experience
