  Position : The Evesham Township School District is seeking a teacher leader/consultant to serve as the Elementary School Math Specialist during the 2025-2026 school year in a tenure track position.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  1. Valid N.J. Elementary Teaching Certificate
  2. Advanced coursework/additional certification and/or math endorsement preferred.
  3. Successful experience teaching in classroom settings. At least three years in grades K-3 preferred.
  4. Successful experience with differentiated small group instruction in mathematics.
  5. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all stakeholders.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to collaborate well with colleagues of diverse backgrounds on pedagogical approaches, curricular alignment and instructional strategies.
  8. Experience planning and delivering high-quality professional development.
  9. Knowledge of the Multi-Tiered System of Support Model, pyramid model, preferred.
  10. Ability to encourage students to be metacognitive, justify their reasoning and to consider multiple perspectives when solving problems.
  11. Ability to work together with other members of the school Intervention and Referral Team in order to develop and implement appropriate approaches and strategies for identified student needs.

  Principal and STEM Supervisor.
