Serve as a reliable and trusted partner to the Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer
Perform heavy calendar management with key internal/external stakeholders and develop daily briefing books
Develop and convey policies and procedures on behalf of the Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer
Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas for Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer specific to mayoral engagements
Oversee executive level administrative tasks, including sensitive information management
Coordinate projects, official functions, and events
Manage and coordinate the Mayor's Office Internship program
Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements
Perform additional duties as assigned

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Three (3) years of experience administering business operations or operational programs and/or assisting professional/management staff with administrative or operational functions
Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post high school education. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements

The Mayor’s Office is hiring a Business Operations Administrator. This position will serve as a senior member of the Mayor’s Administrative team and will support the Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer.
This exciting opportunity will play a vital role in paving the way as a new administration takes office. Important dynamics to the City for consideration include:
