The MBA Admissions Reader will be an external member of the Full-Time MBA Admissions team who will support the application review process. They will be responsible for evaluating Full-Time MBA applications and providing detailed reports for each candidate. The selected candidate will assess applications based on strict guidelines and rules established by the MBA Admissions Committee. This is a temporary position, however the employment will be reinstated every 12 months, after a 31-day break.

The MBA Application Reader reports to the Associate Director of Admissions as a seasonal employee who will be working a completely flexible schedule from October through mid-May. The reader will average 15 hours per work week, and during peak application season, readers may work up to 40 hours per week. This position is fully remote. The MBA Admissions Reader will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement in accordance with the University of North Carolina and Kenan-Flagler Business School.
