SUPPLY CHAIN OPPORTUNITIES:

Your first role will be in Supply Chain. With the scale of our operations, you will never run out of stimulating and interesting challenges. Thinking big is a key part of your job, as you manage projects in:

• Supply Planning: Drive Strategy for material planning, finished goods inventory, and Sales and Operation Planning

• New Products & Development: Lead cross-functional project teams to bring New Products to market

• Customer Service: Balance cost, quality, and service by leading process reengineering projects for our Logistics, Distribution, and Customer Service Teams

• Lean Six Sigma: Manage cross-functional teams in strategic initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

• Quality: Drive strategic process and system improvements in the Quality Services organization to create transformational change that will better support production, R&D, and food safety requirements

• Operations: Lead diverse teams in production or warehouse environments to drive service, cost, and quality

• Sourcing: Develop strategies with Gallo suppliers to link the vision of the marketing and supply chain organizations. Develop and lead cost reduction strategies and supplier optimization projects.

OTHER SLDP OPPORTUNITIES:

Gallo has a rotational culture that extends beyond this program, and candidates have the opportunity to rotate to other parts of the organization in future roles. Those that move into IT you will act as an internal business consultant driving strategic direction for technology projects and process redesign, leading projects in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Business Relationship Management, Enterprise technology, Sales & Marketing, Direct to Consumer, Category Management, Wine & Grape Supply, Supply Chain & Operations, or Finance & HR.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Currently enrolled in an MBA degree program and will receive degree by July 2024.

• Three years of full-time work experience prior to beginning your MBA.

• Required be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

• Experience effectively presenting information to top management groups.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:

• MBA Degree with a Supply Chain/ Operations Concentration.

• Five years of full-time work experience prior to beginning your MBA.

• Consumer Products Goods (CPG) or strategy consulting experience.

• Advanced Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, VLOOKUPS, Solver, Array Functions, etc.)

• Advanced Experience with data visualization (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI)

• Experience with SAP.

• Superior strategic, creative, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Proven leadership skills, business acumen, and communications skills.

COMPENSATION:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $105,400 - $158,000 / year
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
• In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses and incentive plans, as applicable.
