We are looking for applicants for our 2025 summer internship program. This internship will provide an excellent introduction to the various aspects of mixed-finance, mixed-income real estate development, and Corporate Communications. This experience will provide an opportunity to experience day-to-day tasks of working in the real estate development in urban revitalization, while learning essential skills and building relationships with professionals in the industry.
The internship is scheduled to begin June 2, 2025, and end, August 7, 2025. The interns will be paired with a team member in their area of interest, attend meetings, and work on projects. The interns will also be expected to participate in weekly intern class lessons, lunches, and projects. We are offering opportunities in:
Interns will work 32 hours a week in our Downtown St. Louis office, working Monday – Thursday for 10 weeks. We will place students in the department they are best suited in, fields they have shown a demonstrated interest in, and fields that align with their curriculum. General qualifications are:
