      Job Title: VIP Officer

      Line Manager: Senior VIP Officer

      Location: London HQ

      Alexander McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the house joined the Kering Group and, since December 2023, is under the creative direction of Seán McGirr.

      How will you contribute?

      • Support the Senior VIP Officer in executing and evolving the VIP strategy, with a focus on:

      • Targeting new voices and up-and-coming artists, particularly those embedded in East London’s creative communities.

      • Collaborating on selective placements and partnerships with A-list talent for global visibility.

      • Manage day-to-day VIP requests, gifting, and sample logistics in coordination with the VIP Assistant.

      • Proactively scout and recommend emerging talent across fashion, music, film, art, and digital spheres who align with McQueen’s DNA.

      • Maintain and grow a network of stylists, agents, publicists, and talent.

      • Assist in planning and executing VIP moments around shows, launches, and global events.

      • Monitor VIP placements and provide regular reports on coverage, reach, and brand impact.

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with Press, Marketing, Digital, and Retail teams to amplify VIP activations.

      Required Skills:

      • You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours.

      • Previous experience in VIP, celebrity, or talent relations within fashion, PR, or entertainment.

      • Deep cultural knowledge, with a passion for new creatives and street-level scenes.

      • Existing network across the London creative community is highly desirable.

      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—confident in liaising with talent and high-profile stakeholders.

      • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

      • Highly proactive, resourceful, and collaborative in approach.

      • A natural understanding of brand positioning, image, and storytelling through talent.

      • Knowledge of sample tracking systems and reporting tools a plus.
