Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.

- Guide and lead Team Members using SWA talent management practices to coach, develop, and engage Employees
- Adhere to Company values and competencies to foster a Culture of inclusion, recognition, and support of a safe work environment
- Invest in Leadership and self-growth through participating in continuous learning and development
- Manage the Commercial agenda and Leadership meetings, including prioritization of themes, integration and consistency across Commercial functions
- Ensure coordination between Commercial Leadership meeting and IPT, including translating priorities and guidance to IPT for detailing and execution, and recommendations and updates to Commercial Officer group for decisions
- Facilitate the Commercial functions in the development of City Priorities and City initiatives commissioned by Commercial Leadership; including plan development, performance and goal tracking, collaboration amongst key stakeholders, alignment on marketing engagement opportunities, and coordinated investment in priority markets.
- Lead, mobilize, and program manage cross-functional Commercial Teams to assess opportunities, make recommendations, and deliver results in alignment with our Commercial Plan
- Coordinate the cross-functional execution of Commercial efforts that arise from both near-term business or regulatory requirement shifts and long-term structural Commercial policy or operational shifts
- Collect information, develop compelling storylines, and prepare Executive-level quality presentations for both internal and external audiences to be delivered by the Chief Commercial Officer, President, and other Commercial Officers
- Drive forward thought Leadership, cross-Commercial alignment, and execution on broad problems or issues that do not fit cleanly within the responsibilities of an individual department
- Partner with across multiple functions (Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Strategy & Planning, Technology, Officers, and department planners) to establish and deliver multi-year plans, ensuring alignment with overall direction and decision making
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
- Ability to understand material drivers of Commercial and revenue performance and the impact of different actions and levers on performance
- Ability to build and foster long-term trust and coalitions across all Leadership levels in the Commercial organization
- Ability to create compelling Executive storytelling on plans and performance of the business for a wide variety of both internal and external audiences
- Ability to create and develop new streams of reporting for both financial and non-financial topics
- Ability to understand how competitive actions impact performance of the business
- Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations
- Ability to disseminate information and communicate ideas on behalf of Executives
- Ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, build strong and sustainable relationships and interact within all levels of the organization
- Ability to exercise business judgment, to communicate persuasive conclusions and insights, and to build relationships
- Ability to project poise, confidence and maturity in both internal and external situations
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
- Advanced level Business Acumen in functional area
- Seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
- Business and corporate strategy
- Corporate governance
- Corporate planning
- Executive-level storytelling
- Cross-functional coordination

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Competitive market salary from $212,850.00 - $236,500.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual
