Role: MDM Developer
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Las Colinas TX –Hybrid
POSITION OVERVIEW :Customer is in need of a MDM Developer to join their team to help clear their backlogs.
Position General Duties And Tasks :
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements including product issue fixes, enhancements, new source data ingestions, complex solutions to meet business use cases.
Provide Production Support as per the requirement (as per the roster)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Production issues to meet up SLA/PI targets
Responsible for reviewing the code of fellow team members as per the best practices. Defining best practices and standards
Responsible for learn/review existing implementation and provide technical suggestion / solution for continuous improvement
Participate in the PI and Sprint planning and daily stand ups in order to achieve 2 weeks sprint deliverables
Work closely with Offshore Team (if any) and coordinate the work effort to meet Sprint/PI deliverables
Requirement:
8+ years of hands-on experience in design/implementation of IBM Infosphere MDM v12.0 advanced edition (Physical Implementation) solution with complex customizations.
Sound knowledge of MDM concepts and IBM MDM product capabilities and limitations for Organization MDM
Sound knowledge and hands on experience with customizing IBM MDM product.
8+ years of experience with PL/SQL (Oracle 19c)
In depth understanding of IBM MDM Data model and extension framework
Hand on Experience with Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME) components and configuration, Deterministic adjustment rules for Organizational entities
Hands on knowledge on Workflow tasks management – Critical Data Change, and custom workflow tasks
Hands on Knowledge of MDM survivorship concepts and associated rules/configuration
In depth understanding of Hierarchy data model and ability to design/implement complex hierarchy build and survivorship rules
Familiar with routine server/product maintenance activities
Hands on experience with Unix scripting for automation of several daily/weekly/adhoc processing
Hands on experience with Java based utilities for backend/bulk processing and maintenance
Sound knowledge on MQ based integration with IBM BAW tool
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and follow-up skills; must be proactive and self-directed
Work closely with business team, technical team and offshore team (if any) to coordinate the work efforts according to PI planning
Nice to Have:
Hands on experience with Mulesoft APIs and integration
Experience with Azure Cloud and Snowflake
Microsoft Office product – Excel for preliminary analysis, OneNote, Presentation, Word, Teams
Jira for Backlog management, MIRO for PI Planning
Agile process for DevOps
Technical skills:
IBM MDM v 12.0 Advanced edition, Java, J2EE, XML, JSON, Unix, PL/SQL (Oracle), Snowflake
