- Lead end-to-end SAP MDM implementation and upgrade projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with McKesson’s project governance and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing SAP MDM projects in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data modeling, and integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4 and MDG migrations.
- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., SAP BTP).
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
