      Overview

      Leads team members in all aspects of operations, maintenance, installation and repair of HVAC, plumbing, firewall, finishes, basic electrical, ice machines, sterilizers, patient beds, nurse call and other assigned equipment, in house projects and all aspects of patient rooms, floors and outbuildings for all shifts.

      Responsibilities

      1. Direct the cleaning and housekeeping of the team assigned equipment, spaces, building and/or grounds.2. Direct the maintenance of assigned equipment and the completion of the team’s work orders, preventive maintenance and other records.3. Oversee repair of equipment and physical facilities. Preventive maintenance tasks and maintenance inspections.4. Assist in applicable utility installation, operation, maintenance and repair.5. Inspect for and report or correct code and safety violations.6. Oversee the proper completion and entry of purchase orders.7. Respond to fire and other emergencies.8. Manage time properly to insure timeliness of work order and PM completion.9. Complete maintenance documentation in a timely and accurate fashion. Gather missing information for addition to the record.
