      Minimum duties and responsibilities:
      • Core competencies are:
      o Electrical;
      o Hydraulics;
      o Pneumatics;
      • Knowledge of LOTO and SDS is required;
      • Maintain equipment according to Preventative Maintenance program;
      • Repair emergency/reactive repairs of production equipment and machinery minimizing downtime;
      • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures;
      • Performs inspection of completed maintenance and documents results;
      • Completes and maintains paperwork for maintenance performed;
      • Assists in other work areas as needed and directed by the department supervisor;
      • Operate Forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as necessary;
      • Comply with all plant safety and environmental regulations and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment;
      • Read and follow QWI and other work instructions necessary to properly assembly product.

      Advanced duties and responsibilities:
      • Diagnose and repair mechanical problems, replace or repair parts to mechanical, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic components;
      • Train other employees.

      • Associates or Vocational degree in a mechanical or electrical field or industrial maintenance or a combination of education and experience.

      • Certified/Licensed Industrial Maintenance Mechanic;
      • Basic computer skills;
      • OSHA 10 hours certified;
      • Mechanic and technical aptitude;
      • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment;
      • PLC experience;
      • Electrical experience 120 + 480 volts, specially;
      • Fanuc/CNC;
      • 5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experience;
      • Knowledge and familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment;
      • Proven fabrication and welding experience;
      • Proven industrial maintenance experience;
      • History of strong problem solving and continuous improvements;
      • Able to identify and requisition replacement parts;
      • Strong attention to detail;
      • Willingness to learn new techniques, processes and procedures;
      • Competence in computer skills;
      • Strong communication skills;
      • Ability to work in a highly responsive manner and ensure production schedules are met;
      • Willingness to support maintenance activities on other shifts and on weekends as production schedules require;
      • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with operators, supervisors, and managers;
      • Ability to follow written work instructions.
