      Job Description:

      • Completes diagnosis and repair of rental, non-rental and customer equipment
      • Helps prioritize equipment repairs, parts orders and inventory controls ensuring timely "ready-to-rent" status
      • Perform operational safety and condition inspections of rental equipment upon check-in/out.
      • Assist customers and employees with loading/unloading equipment.
      • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

        Required Qualifications:

        • Minimum education requirement: HS Diploma or GED/equivalency.
        • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work full-time (40+ hours/week).
        • One-year mechanical/maintenance experience; training and education is equal to on-the-job experience.
        • Must own or be willing to acquire job related tools.
        • Must be a problem-solver, excited to get your hands dirty and learn new skills.
        • Proven self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
        • Ability to deliver a professional, customer-focused rental experience.
        • Strong team-player with excellent verbal communication skills.
        • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
        • DOT Medical card preferred.
