Our strength is a multi-discipline, dedicated, experienced team that is committed to ensure successful execution of the clients’ needs.

      Responsabilities:

      • Supervision the mechanical and electrical works according to the design documentation and building permit
      • Responsibility for overseeing the HVAC / Sanitary and electrical works package as per requirements of Romanian building code
      • Cooperation with the design team, to follow the design progress up, to assist on design optimization
      • Quality assurance in accordance with the technical specifications (quality control / reporting)
      • Coordination and supervision over subcontractors - if required
      • Daily presence on construction site

      Requirements:

      • Degree in Mechanical (HVAC / sanitary) and Electrical Engineering
      • Minimum 5 years' experience as Mechanical / HVAC, Electrical Supervisor (Inspector) on large-sized, complex, industrial projects is essential
      • Sound knowledge of Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes and Plumbing Codes as they relate to construction projects
      • Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office
      • Fluent English
      • Project and team management skills
      • Communication skills
      • Ability to work under pressure

      We offer:

      • Daily rate in EUR + VAT per day
      • Contract for 18 months with the possibility of extension
      • Work schedule: from Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day
