- Strong attention to detail.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Experience with PM Tech or mechanical skills is beneficial.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler for the 2nd shift to contribute to the assembly of truck caps. You will be responsible for fitting, feeling, and assembling fiberglass components, windows, and seal systems. Your role will involve reading and interpreting blueprints and SOPs, utilizing hand, power, and pneumatic tools, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic fiberglass plant that is not climate-controlled and has a distinct paint smell. Although the facility has numerous fans, employees must wear steel or composite-toed shoes for safety. Units are painted prior to assembly, reducing exposure to fiberglass.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
