- Assemble, inspect, and test small parts/components under a microscope or magnification equipment.
- Use hand tools, tweezers, and micro-assembly tools with precision.
- Read and follow detailed SOPs for customized assembly processes.
- Perform basic and customized assembly of small mechanical components.
- Conduct step-by-step inspections to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Use fixtures and tools to perform basic testing of components and finished products.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; regular lifting involves 10-20 pounds.
- Microscope or magnification-based assembly experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Familiarity with electromechanical, optical, or miniature components.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Comfortable performing fine motor tasks for extended periods.
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to learn and grow skills on the job.
- Ability to accurately use various hand tools (tweezers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers).
- Close attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Mechanical skills and good hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled, similar to a clean room, ensuring a very controlled and clean assembly area. Employees will be involved in assembling electronic/mechanical tubes and scopes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.07 - $23.07/hr.
