What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software such as Revit to perform engineering tasks
- Conduct detailed energy modeling and develop energy savings strategies for buildings
- Select and lay out equipment for HVAC and plumbing systems, including mechanical room layouts
- Prepare LEED documentation for energy, air quality, thermal comfort, and refrigeration management
- Provide limited supervision and mentoring of junior personnel in task execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering - Mechanical Option, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- EIT certification required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations for disabilities provided

- LEED AP and/or GBI Guiding Principles Certification preferred
