  JOB SUMMARY

  The Engineering Intern will support the Innovation Hub's Verification Team with a 3-6 month project . The Engineering Intern will work within a product- and project-oriented, hands-on, team environment.

  REPORTING STRUCTURE

  The Engineer Intern is part of the Engineering Department and will report to the Engineering Team Leaders.

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Speed up the Implementation of the Autodesk Inventor Pipe Routing Software in the Water Verification Center:

  • Import Belimo Product Models and create a library
  • Create Routing Profiles for different Belimo pipe sizes and types
  • Create modeling and drawings of already existing test rigs
  • Organize, schedule and coordination of qualification testing
  • Create detailed engineering test reports and presentations
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project leader and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

  REQUIREMENTS

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Open to 2023 graduates seeking to gain experience.
  • Strong team, communication and organization skills.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to do 3D CAD modeling desired.
  • This is a full-time or part-time paid internship opportunity available immediately (must include availability on application)
