We are hiring for Mechanical Design Engineer

Exp- 3-6yrs

Location -Bangalore

Keywords- UG NX, CREO, TeamCenter PDM, MBD, Modelling & Drafting, Design, Aircraft Structures, Engine Components, Aero Engines

· Jd- Should possess knowledge & work experience in structural integrity assessment of aero engine component

· HCF & LCF life assessment, Limit, Ultimate & Failure load assessments and damage tolerance calculations

· Hands on experience in Hypermesh / Nastran / composite

· Proficiency in dynamic analysis including normal engine running vibrations, extreme vibrations under fan blade off

· Thermal stress analysis, Linear / Non-linear Transient Analysis

· Skilled in finding root cause of failure and redesign of aero engine components

· Hand calculation & Engineering Judgement

· Test correlation and validation, engine test proposal, technical report writing – Certification reports as per CS-E (520,525,800 & 810) requirements

Primary Tool Knowledge – Ansys WB & APDL, abaqus, sco3, UGNX

1. Any CAD tools. Preferably Siemens Nx (Modeling, Detailing, Additive design, Topology optimization)
