- Develop and implement system-level designs for mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring functionality and reliability.
- Utilize Creo software for creating detailed mechanical designs, including 2D and 3D models and technical drawings.
- Design and optimize components using sheet metal, injection molding, and die casting techniques.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing personnel, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, specifically with servers, routers, switches, and related equipment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- Hands-on experience with system-level design.
- Proficiency in Creo CAD software.
- Strong expertise in sheet metal, injection molding, and die casting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Salary/Rate Range:$90,000 - $110,000 annually
