      Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.

      Design and Development:
      • Lead the design and development of MGSE and tooling fixtures for diverse launch programs.
      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of designs.

      Problem Resolution:
      • Work closely with fabrication personnel to identify and resolve design, production, and fabrication issues.
      • Implement corrective measures to enhance design and production processes.

      Technical Coordination:
      • Coordinate technical aspects with various engineering disciplines and team members to achieve project goals.
      • Foster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.

      System Review and Redesign:
      • Analyze, troubleshoot, and redesign basic mechanical systems, ranging from fluid flow systems to machine design systems.
      • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

      Adaptive Design:
      • Rapidly assess and understand project requirements.
      • Develop a systematic approach to design and implement new solutions across a spectrum of customer scenarios.

      Team Collaboration:
      • Actively participate in a dynamic team environment, contributing to innovative MGSE and Mechanical Packaging design efforts.

      Stress Analysis and Documentation:
      • Perform stress analysis for projects, including heavy steel and fluid design projects.
      • Generate fabrication drawings and comprehensive reports for submission of completed design packages.

      Collaborative Support:
      • Coordinate with team members to ensure all design application requirements are met. • Experience with 3D modeling software

      • Experience with machine tool design or tool modification

      • Stress Analysis experience

      • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

      • Microsoft Office Tools - Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficient • Experience with hydraulics OR hypergols OR pneumatics

      • Experience with Electrical Cabling and harness assemblies
      • Zuken Training

      • Packaging Engineering
