- In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and design of mechanical systems for building components and construction projects.
- You will provide mechanical design expertise, creating concepts and working collaboratively with team members using software tools such as AutoCAD and REVIT.
- You will need to have a detailed understanding of multiple disciplines including electrical, mechanical, structural, and information systems, and the ability to apply this knowledge to construction projects.
- You will also be expected to build and strengthen relationships with clients to advance their projects, and to take pride in your work as a supportive and collaborative team member.
- Bachelors in Engineering
- PE License (preferred)
- Five years of experience in a related position
- Ability to operate within software and engineering tools/equipment
- Mechanical engineering experience within HVAC and plumbing
- Experience with mechanical engineering design in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to mentor and understand others

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Des Moines, Iowa and some days remote.
Work Environment
The work environment for this role includes both office and construction site settings.
