Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Engineer, leading value engineering projects focused on optimizing design, material utilization, and cost productivity for pool panels, steps, liners, and safety covers. You will manage projects from initial quote to completion, collaborating closely with suppliers and vendors to research cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. Your role will include working on the manufacturing floor, conducting design and structural analysis, overseeing prototyping, testing, and implementing design changes.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana and some days remote.
Work Environment
Work in a clean office setting with a personal cubicle, alongside an attached manufacturing and fabrication area. You will report to a manager based in Chicago but will also have local engineering leadership.
