Job Description

- Put together HVAC construction documents in a commercial building
- Perform HVAC Design
- Create load calculations
- Perform field surveys and travel out of town periodically
- Mechanical Design (specifically with HVAC systems)
- AutoCAD or Revit experience
- HVAC
- Experience creating CDs
- Experience creating RFIs and working on submittals
- 3-8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering as it relates to building designs (including HVAC)
- Plumbing, energy conservation, building automation, and fire protection experience is a plus but will be trained if they don't have it
- EIT preferred
- Ability to perform field surveys
- Experience on data center projects is a plus
