- Ensure equipment specifications align with product and regional requirements.
- Confirm proper installation and functionality of production equipment.
- Ensure equipment safety standards are met for all associates.
- Validate that product requirements are consistently achieved through online testing and verification processes.
- Support other departments in conducting testing trials and experiments to address internal or customer-related issues, including implementing countermeasures as needed.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years in manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience working with Control systems, Mechanical systems, Pneumatics
- 5+ years of experience with FANUC Robots and Optical inspection
- Proficiency in mechanical engineering, process improvement, AutoCAD, electro-mechanical systems, pneumatics, programming, and Allen Bradley PLC
- Experience with Japanese Automotive
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices such as Inverter and motor components
- Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans
- Experience in electronics manufacturing
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
This position is part of the Regional PE group and is responsible for supporting Inverter programs. The primary focus of this role is to support the development and implementation of equipment, processes, and quotations for manufacturing programs related to Inverter products. The role ensures that production equipment operates according to specification and consistently produces products that meet both internal and customer requirements. A key area of expertise for this position is providing mechanical engineering support for Inverter manufacturing equipment. This role offers exposure to a broad range of manufacturing processes and the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and management levels across both domestic and international operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $87000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
