Job Description
- Req#: R0032133
- Prepare Quotes: Support both the Branch Admin and the Manufacturing Planner on all quotes for both internal and external customer requests. Quote PHX fabrication requests and inside sales requests not related to PHX engineered items.
- Update and Maintain Oracle: Create new items in Oracle based off of customer requirements from provided drawing spec and/or template and review existing items and drawings in for accuracy of routings/materials/resources. Work directly in Oracle and Agile to nest AutoCAD drawings for manufacturing.
- Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering of any sketch, drawing, and/or template provided by customers and AM’s. Work directly with internal/external customers for further clarification on details/specs on scope of job.
- Sales Support: Act as back up to the Branch Admin to process purchase orders received from FMI/Ariba, including launching jobs and booking sales orders. Review and make recommendations on how to proceed with any Salesforce inquiries.

- Bachelor’s (Mechanical Engineering)
- 0-3 years of experience
- Oracle, Agile, AutoCAD, and/or NX experience beneficial

Purpose of Role: The Mechanical Engineer will support internal teams with preparing quotes for customer requests, providing clarification on technical drawings, and creating templated through reverse engineering of product.
