- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 6-10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems design
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Must be located in the Denver metro or surrounding areas
- PE license not required but must be actively pursuing licensure
- PE license
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED standards
- Prior experience mentoring junior staff

This role offers a highly flexible schedule - you can work fully remote or in-office, depending on your preference. The team is based in Golden, CO, and occasional site visits will be required as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
