      Job Details

      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Director of Plant Operations to join our team in the medical industry. As the Director of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical facility, ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

      Responsibilities:

      • Oversee the daily operations of the medical facility, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security
      • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility
      • Manage a team of professionals, including maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, and security personnel
      • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
      • Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the facility's operations
      • Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including Joint Commission preparedness
      • Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary constraints
      • Work closely with other departments within the facility, including clinical staff and administration, to ensure that all needs are met

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
      • Three years of related experience and/or training
      • Technical aptitude or background
      • Experience in hospital operations
      • Joint Commission preparedness
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong leadership and management skills
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
