      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage project execution and coordinate resources across multiple disciplines
      - Take ownership of project performance, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and client satisfaction
      - Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
      - Prepare technical reports and studies that meet client requirements and internal standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS from an ABET-accredited engineering program is preferred
      - 10+ years of experience in a technical field such as engineering, construction, or planning
      - 5+ years of experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role
      - Strong multitasking abilities and capability to manage competing priorities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Construction management or management/business degree
      - Engineering design experience
      - PMP Certification
      - MBA
      - Experience writing proposals
