      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform consulting-level work for power uprates in the nuclear industry
      - Interface with clients and project teams to present technical discussions and project status
      - Develop engineering proposals and cost estimates while managing resources and budgets
      - Review calculations related to heat balances, power train pumps, and plant hazards
      - Mentor junior engineering staff on technical tasks related to power plant engineering

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from an ABET-accredited program
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the nuclear power industry
      - Experience with nuclear power uprates and/or turbine retrofit projects
      - Strong technical report writing skills and knowledge of mechanical engineering applications
      - Proficiency with MS Office applications and excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from an ABET-accredited program
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license
