What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Account Sales Executives to identify and close leads for Mechanical Estimating software
- Communicate with prospective customers to uncover needs and identify sales opportunities
- Stay updated on product information and industry trends through collaboration with marketing teams
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline for the Mechanical Estimating product
- Achieve sales targets and close sales effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in software sales
- MEP specialty contractor mechanical estimating experience
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and/or Canada up to 50% of the time
